Who’s teaching you?

Hi, I'm Daisy. A yoga teacher and facilitator in the Cotswolds.

Yoga has been an inconsistent constant in my life for over a decade. I found it at a time when my life felt messy and turbulent in my early 20s, and was hooked on how it gave me a sense of escape and calm.

I initially fell in love with yoga through power and fast-paced flows, but as life got busier (and I got older), I found myself needing something different. A slower pace and movement that allowed me to really connect with my body.

My classes are sometimes workshop-y, breaking things down and exploring how things work. Sometimes we flow, keep moving, let the body lead. It feels more like a warm gathering than a traditional yoga class.

People tell me it's the first time they've actually switched off. The first time they've felt fully in their body. The first time yoga felt like something for them. Most of them never leave.

I'm currently completing my trauma-informed certification — because how you hold a space matters as much as what happens in it.

You'll find me at the WI Hall in Moreton-in-Marsh, at 360 Gym in Blockley and HOP Fitness in Moreton. Private sessions available at yours or mine.

Got a question? A wobble about trying yoga? Just ask.
