Broga (Men’s Yoga)

For men who don’t feel like yoga is for them.

Focused on mobility, strength, and getting out of your head for an hour.
No experience needed. No pressure to be flexible.

Most people come in feeling a bit stiff or stressed… and leave feeling better than they expected.

Yin Yoga

Slow, floor based, and held for longer.

This is where you come to properly switch off, release tension, and give your nervous system a break.

If you struggle to relax or your mind feels busy at night, this is a good place to start.

It’s my favourite style of yoga.

Flow (Vinyasa)

A bit more movement, a bit more energy.

Movement linked with breath. You’ll move through sequences that build strength, improve mobility, and get you out of your head.

Still a focus on what feels good for your body. Fun and no pressure to get it right.

Workshops & Events

These are slightly different.

Longer sessions, different themes, and more space to go a bit deeper into things like breath work, relaxation, or specific areas of the body.
