Not your typical yoga teacher
No soft voice, no woo woo, no complicated shapes you'll never use again. I lift weights and I teach yin. I'm grounded and a bit silly and I care more about how you feel than how you look in a pose.

Busy people, active people, men stepping out of their comfort zone. People who need permission to slow down - without having to become a different person to do it

You’re in charge
I guide, you decide. I'll never force an alignment that doesn't feel right in your body. You have full autonomy over what you do. The only thing I ask is that you don't take it too seriously.
